* 付款后，请使用以下其中一种方式通知我们:
-	填写 付款通知
-	提供我们付款资料 (付款日期/汇款银行/收款銀行/Reference No./汇款金额)，方法如下: SMS,MSN,Email或者 给我们留言
* 请尽可能用一样的银行汇款，因为一旦使用不一样的银行汇款，整个过程将费时2-3个工作天才会完成转账。例如:
-	Maybank 转到 Maybank 可立刻收到款项。
-	其他 Bank 转到 Maybank 则需要2-3个工作天才可收到款项。
* 退款方式:
-	如果您使用 Cash Deposit Machine 付款，您必须多付几元，因为机器只收RM50,RM10,和RM5的纸币。多余的款项，我们会帮您加入您的会员预存款，可在将来的订单内使用。
-	如果您的余额在RM5以上，并且拥有和我们一样的银行，您可要求将余额退回到您的银行户口。余额会在您提出申请后的2-3个工作天内完成。
-	我们不接受把余额放入包裹内的要求，因为这会违反了快递公司的邮寄条规，而且也照成我们无法提供合法的退款记录给税收局。
* 下单当日付款可获取双倍奖励积分:

* Kindly inform us after payment has been made using one of the following methods:
-	Fill in Payment Notification
-	Provide us bank in details (Payment Date/Payer Bank/Payee Bank/Reference No./Payment Amount) via SMS, MSN, Email or Leave us message
* Please try your best to make payment using the same bank because interbank transfer will take about 2-3 days to complete. Example:
-	Maybank to Maybank means direct transfer, we will receive the fund immediately.
-	Other Bank to Maybank means interbank, we will receive the fund in 2-3 working days.
* Balance refund:
-	For those who make payment using Cash Deposit Machine, you need to bank in extra as the machine only accept RM50,RM10 and RM5 notes. Your balance will be creditted into your member prepaid account for future usage.
-	For balance above RM5, you can request for refund to your bank account if u have the same bank that we are using. Refund can be made in about 2-3 working days.
-	Balance will not be place into the parcel as this is prohibitted by all courier company and we need to have clear refund record for income tax declaration.
* Gain double reward points by making payment on same day of order:
